Yang qi 陽氣

The active, warm, rising pole of qi. It arrives with the breath and with food, and it is what ordinary practice accumulates. In Mo Pai it is one of the two halves the method gathers: level 3 fuses it with yin qi, and a practitioner who has gathered only this one has half the material the work requires.
