Overcoming Sickness with Nei Kung: Why do so many Mo Pai practitioners get seriously ill?
Why it is on this list
The most detailed account in circulation of why unsupervised practitioners fall ill, and the origin of most of the harm literature that gets repeated as though it came from Chang. It is not from this lineage: Shifu Lin teaches a separate curriculum and sells corrective training, and the book is partly an argument for it. Read for the symptom picture, which matches what practitioners report, and read the attribution carefully.
